Today I'm going to show you where the magic happens. Instead of a traditional home office, my creative space is a nook carved out of our dining room. For this busy mom, it is an ideal way to multi-task homework, dinner, bills and of course, blog posts and DIY projects - right in the heart of our home! Oh, and this old house wasn't equipped with an office (or even a closet on the first floor). Work with what you've got. Right?!? DIY Shiplap Bedroom Ceiling
This year we turned our spring break vacation into a DIY staycation! Behind the Photos: Keeping it Real

Guess what? It's not always blog worthy. [womp, womp] If you've visited me, this … [Read more...] about Behind the Photos: Keeping it Real

When I met my husband he was already an uncle to this adorable four-year-old who also stole my heart the first time I met her. It was very clear she adored her uncle YaYa - an endearing nickname she created for him. I loved watching them together and knew from that moment that this guy was going to be a great dad someday. Fast forward a few years... and I still wonder how it … [Read more...] about DIY Graduation Party Ideas
