Hello Fall: DIY Vinyl Window Wreath

And now, for my next trick I will cut a piece of vinyl into a delicate wreath…… Abracadabra……. Seriously, I sometimes feel like my little Silhouette Cameo machine is a magician. It so readily turns my vision into a reality. I love using it to cut decals for numerous projects around the house – both seasonal and practical. And when I place the vinyl on glass or mirrors, I can change my mind anytime. Because I will. Frequently. Change my mind.

I discovered this little wreath clip art printable on Pinterest recently from the lovely Going Home to Roost blog. She was using them as stencils for onesies, but I thought this wreath made a perfect little door sign.
I moved my wreath to the side after I painted my door yellow (read more about that here). But I still wanted something festive on my storm door to greet our guests.
This was the perfect accent, without stealing the stage from my bright door. As you can see, the yellow door has great curb appeal from a distance. I didn’t want a wreath overpowering it.
The rest of my fall pumpkins and accents are being terrorized by the squirrel population. Hopefully they’ll make it through a few more weeks. Hello fall. Goodbye squirrels.
