Sometimes our summers are just as busy as our school year - but it's a different kind of busy - as in, watering flowers, taking walks, riding bikes, grilling out, swimming, and staying up late. … [Read more...] about DIY Ice Pop Sign

What’s on Tap No.2
Hey there. It's not only Friday around here, but also the LAST DAY OF SCHOOL. And no one is more excited for summer than this mama. Something I haven't done before. A Cozy Backyard Tour

We LOVE lake life in Wisconsin... we love the friendly people, the supper clubs, the brats and beer, and the CHEESE - oh that glorious cheese. I may have ate half my weight in dairy and drank the rest in craft beer... but alas, vacation is over. And, we aren't moving anytime soon. In fact, we … [Read more...] about Vintage Backyard Shed Makeover
DIY Backyard Hideaway Playhouse Part 1
Every summer has a story. And this summer our story is about a backyard playhouse retreat for our kiddos. This story isn't over yet, but I'm going to share our construction adventure. Really, I'm not sure if this story will ever end for us (if only I could stop my kids from growing up), but the next few chapters include paint and finishing touches and eventually an outside sleepover - who needs a tent when you have a roof over your head! So here's a little disclaimer before we begin. … [Read more...] about DIY Backyard Hideaway Playhouse Part 1
